and catering the requirement of our Clients globally with
the capacity of manufacturing 0.5 million shopping bags and
other commercial bags.
Our
factory is located in Mumbai and we cater to the needs of
our customers from UK, USA, Australia and several other countries
in the Europe, with the help of 200 skilled workers and commercial
& quality staff.
INFRASTRUCTURE:
Our company has all in-house manufacturing facilities like
lamination, designing, printing, cutting, stitching and packaging
with the highest quality control in all the stages. We are
having state of art infrastructure from production of these
cotton bags to quality checking with a capacity of ½
million articles especially Cotton shopping bags. In connection
to this we have well trained & highly skilled technical
staff to conduct this process to produce the premium quality.
Our
fabrics are created with passion. Manufactured in ultra-modern
plant - on BENNINGER warping/sizing and PICANOL, TSUDAKOMA
& SULZER Air-Jet and Projectile Looms, the fabrics are
finished on machines from BENNINGER and MONFORST. Quality
checks are done on 4 point American Systems of quality control. |
